What Are Rose Customs?

Rose design is waterproof and is permanently cemented onto leather shoe. These are casual shoes, meant for casual wear.

What Currency Are The Prices In?

All transactions are processed in USD. For your convenience, you can see estimates in other currencies based on recent exchanges rates. Please note, however, these prices are estimates and actual prices may vary on current exchange rates and your financial institution. Rose Customs is not responsible for the accuracy of exchange rates applied to your purchase.

How Long Until I Get My Custom Shoes?

All custom sneakers are made to order. Generally speaking, please allow 2-5 business days for your shoes to be shipped. Shipping time might be less or more depending on volume. All of our Air Force's arrive directly from nike.com. Most times we have a wide variety of sizes on hand and can ship within 2-5 business days. If for any reason we are unable to meet this timeline, we will reach out to you and let you know.

What Is Your Shipping Policy?

Shipping and handling typically will take up to 2-5 business days for domestic shipping and up to 4 weeks for international shipping.

How Does Buyer Protection Work?

If you have an issue with your order, we first recommend reaching out to us so we may correct the issue. We have been in the custom sneaker business for over a decade. We're in the business of making things right.

If I live outside of the united states will I be charged an import fee?

It is the buyer's responsibility to pay import taxes and fees that may be charged upon arrival. This is entirely out of our control.
