RETURNS

All Rose Custom's products are money back guaranteed for 30 days after purchase date. If any issues arise during that time, the item can be returned for a full refund or exchange. Buyer pays return shipping.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Items must be returned in their original, unworn, new condition. No refunds or exchanges will be given if item has been used.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a couple of business days.
